摘　　要：分析了中南地区林权争议的特点与原因,总结了处理争议的主要做法和经验,认为中南地区能充分认识林权争议处理工作的重要性、艰巨性、长期性和复杂性。着力加强相关制度、队伍、机制建设,及时化解了大量林权争议,工作成效显著。指出了当前的突出困难和问题,法制建设滞后,调处队伍薄弱,任务繁重,难度大,场群矛盾突显。基于此,提出了相应的对策建议。The paper analyzes the characteristics and reasons of forest rights dispute of southern and central controver- sy for its disposal, the main practices and experiences are summarized in this paper. It holds that central south region can fully understand the importance of forest rights dispute processing work, arduous and long-term and complexi- ty. Focus on strengthening the construction of relevant systems, team mechanism, timely solve a lot of forest fights dispute, achievements in their work. Pointed out that the current outstanding difficulties and problems, and the legal system lags behind, the mediation team is weak, the mediation onerous, mediation in diflficult, a group of contradic- tions highlight. Based on this, puts forward the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions.
