摘　　要：在第一个五年计划期间,苏联援建的"156项工程"有6项安排在内蒙古自治区的包头市。经过多年的建设,形成了以包钢为主体的包头工业基地。包头工业基地的建设不仅带动了内蒙古自治区冶金、电力、煤炭等工业部门的发展,也促进了内蒙古自治区以及西北地区交通事业的发展,加快了包头的城市化进程,取得了一些宝贵的历史经验。During the period of the first Five-Year Plan,the '156 Projects' construction aided by the Soviet Union,in which 6 projects were arranged in Baotou City,Inner Mongolian Autonomous Region.After years of construction it formed Baotou industrial base with Baotou iron and steel company as the main body.The construction of Baotou industrial base not only led to the development of metallurgy,electricity,coal and other industrial sectors of Inner Mongolian Autonomous Region,but also promoted the development of transportation services of Inner Mongolian autonomous region and northwest regions,accelerated the urbanization process of Baotou and made some valuable historical experience.
