摘　　要：退休是劳动过程的终端,退休权利构成劳动权利的重要组成部分。对延迟退休、男女同龄退休等问题的论争,折射出劳动伦理的主题延伸:即从"在岗"引向"离岗",从"劳动"引向"劳动者"。这种延伸的实质是对人性尊严、生活质量、生命价值的尊重、反思和求诉。"延迟退休"究竟是政府的一厢情愿还是发展的大势所趋?"男女同龄退休"的制度设计能否解决男女平等的问题?"延迟退休"会否带来新的伦理问题?这些都需要经过严谨的劳动伦理检视才能给出客观的理性回应。Retirement is the terminal of the labor process,and the right of retirement constitutes an important part of the labor rights. The current debates on deferring retirement,retirement at the same age for men and women,reflect the shift of attention from ＂on the job＂to ＂off the job＂,from ＂labor＂to＂laborers＂in the labor process,and result in the formation of two distinctive schools of thought. The debates on deferring retirement taps into the ethical issue in the argument ＂work for live or live for work＂,which reflects,in essence,the respect,introspection,and pursuit for human dignity,living quality,and life value of the people. Is the implementation of the deferring retirement the government＇s wishful thinking or the result of the general trend of development？ Is the system design of retirement at the same age able to solve the inequality of men and women？ Is there any new ethical problem arising due to the deferring retirement？ These questions can be solved objectively only after precise ethic inspection on labor system.
