摘　　要：大学生就业难问题已成为当前亟待解决的民生问题,受到了党和政府的高度重视,相关部门采取了一系列促就业措施,其中鼓励大学生自主创业成为解决就业问题的重要途径之一。大学生自主创业是体现自我价值的新途径,但是作为一种就业渠道目前尚未能够完全破解就业难问题。在大学生创业实践中仍然存在创业成功率低、难以持久发展等一系列的问题。创新则是创业的源泉和前提,创业的成功和持久依赖创新教育根基的扎实程度。高校要从培养学生创新思维、创造精神出发,将创新与创业教育有机结合,着力于提升所有学生的创新思维和实践能力,为培养学生自主创办企业的能力打下坚实基础,从而使大学生就业问题能得以有效解决。Graduates employment has become a livelihood issue that needs to be solved urgently, to which the party and government attach great importance. Thus, the relevant departments have taken a series of measures to promote employment, among which the encouragement of starting their own business has become one of the important ways to solve the problem. Students＇ entrepreneurship is a new way to demonstrate self-worth, but has not yet fully cracked the employment problem as a kind of employment channel. There are still a number of problems in the practice of graduate entrepreneurship, such as low success rate and unsustainable development. Innovation is the source and precondition of entrepreneurship, while its success and sustainable development depend on a solid foundation of innovation education. The universities and colleges should take innovative thinking and creative spirit as the starting point and also combine innovation and entrepreneurship education in order to enhance all students＇ creative thinking and practical ability, laying foundation for cultivating the ability to independently start their own enterprises, so that the employment issue of graduates can be effectively addressed.
