摘　　要：执政党意识形态领导是执政党意识形态建设的重要组成部分,主要是指执政党能够主导自身意识形态体系的建构和发展、对整个社会意识形态系统进行有效调控、对非主流意识形态进行积极引导。当前,党的意识形态建设面临着复杂的局势,不断提高党的意识形态领导能力,是应对党的意识形态领导对象变化、适应党的意识形态建设环境变化、维护党的意识形态安全的需要。新形势下,要进一步探索执政党意识形态领导规律,提高党对自身意识形态体系的主导力、对整个社会意识形态系统的调控力、对非主流意识形态的引导力,不断提高党的意识形态领导能力和水平。The ruling Party＇s ideology leadership is an important part of the ruling Party＇s ideology construction.It mainly refers to that the ruling Party can dominate the construction and development of its own ideological system,effectively control the whole social ideological system and actively guide the nonmainstream ideology.At present,The Party＇s ideology construction faces complicated and severe situations.Constantly improving the Party＇s ideology leadership ability is the urgent requirement to cope with the change of the object of the Party＇s ideology leadership,adapt to the change of the circumstance of the Party＇s ideology construction and maintain the Party＇s ideology security.Under new situations,we should further research regularities of the ruling Party＇s ideology leadership.The CPC should improve the leading force of the Party＇s own ideologies system,the control force of the whole social ideological system and the guidance force of the non-mainstream ideology in order to improve the ability and level of the Party＇s ideology leadership constantly.
