摘 要:目的:明确八正散中单味中药及黄柏等7种清热利湿中药的体外抗沙眼衣原体活性。方法:应用微量McCoy细胞培养法检测八正散中单味中药及黄柏等7种清热利湿药体外抗沙眼衣原体的最小抑菌浓度(MIC)和最小杀菌浓度(MBC)。结果:生大黄、黄柏在体外有较强的抗沙眼衣原体活性,两者MIC与MBC相同,分别为6.25 mg/mL和12.5 mg/mL。其余中药未检测出MIC值与MBC值,但栀子、瞿麦在最大无毒浓度(TD_0)时孔内沙眼衣原体包涵体数目明显减少,体积缩小。结论:生大黄、黄柏具有较强的体外抗沙眼衣原体活性,栀子、瞿麦有一定的体外抗沙眼衣原体活性。Objective: To determine the inhibitory impacts of the single traditional Chinese herb from Bazhengsan and seven kinds of Qingrelishi traditional Medcine on the Chlamydia trachomatis (Ct). Methods: The minimal inhibitory concentration (MIC) and the minimal bactericidal concentration (MBC) of these medicines on Ct was detected by microculture technique of McCoy cell in vitro. Results: The inhibitory activities of Shengdahuang and Huangbai on Ct were obvious and the concentration of MIC and MBC of them was 6.25 mg/mL and 12.5 mg/mL. MIC and MBC of other medicines were not detected, but the number and size of Ct inclusions in Zhizi and Qumai groups became less in TD0 concentration. Conclusion: Shengdahuang, Huangbai, Zhizi and Qumai can affect the activity of Ct, especially Shengdahnang and Huangbai.
