摘　　要：Two articles recently published in Nature and Cell report the first transcriptome-wide maps of pseudouridine （ψ） at single-base reso- lution through selective chemical labeling, suggesting new mechanisms and functions of ψ in mRNA and noncoding RNA molecules.
