鼻内镜下经咽鼓管置管注药治疗突发性耳聋疗效分析

摘　　要：目的观察鼻内镜下经咽鼓管置管注药治疗突发性耳聋的临床疗效。方法入选的80例突发性耳聋患者随机分为观察组和对照组,对照组采用全身应用地塞米松、强的松治疗,观察组患者鼻内镜下经咽鼓管置管注入地塞米松治疗,两组患者的其他治疗方法相同,。观察两组治疗效果和听力值改变情况。结果观察组和对照组患者治疗后的听力值分别和本组治疗前的听力值比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组治疗后的听力值与对照组治疗后的听力值比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组治疗后的痊愈和显效所占比例高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论鼻内镜下经咽鼓管置管注药治疗突发性耳聋临床效果显著,值得借鉴。Objective To observe the clinical therapeutic effect of endoscopic eustachian tube catheter infusion in the treatment of sudden deafness. Methods Totally 80 cases with sudden deafness were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group, the dexamethasone and prednisone treatment was used in the control group, the endo- scopic eustachian tube catheter injection of dexamethasone was given in the observation group. The therapeutic effect were and heating value changes in two groups were observed. Results The hearing values in the observation group and control group after treatment compared with those in two groups befor treatment respectively, the difference was statistically significant（ P 〈 0. 05 ） ;The hearing values in the observation group after treatment compared with those in control group after treatment, the difference was statistically significant （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion The effect of endoscopic eustachian tube catheter infusion in the treatment of sudden deafness is significant, and which is worthy of reference.
