骨折椎垂直应力螺钉在胸腰椎骨折中的应用

摘　　要：目的分析探讨骨折椎垂直应力螺钉在胸腰椎骨折中的应用效果。方法选取2011年04月—2013年05月在河南安阳钢铁集团公司职工总医院接受胸腰椎骨折治疗的患者35例,其中18例患者采用骨折椎加用垂直应力螺钉固定方式(试验组),17例患者采用传统双平面固定方式(对照组),比较两组患者的治疗效果。结果试验组患者的骨折椎前移复位程度明显高于对照组患者,两组比较差异显著,具有统计学意义(P<0.01);试验组患者的Cobb角变化、头侧椎体前上缘至尾侧椎体前下缘距离变化情况优于对照组患者,两组比较差异显著,具有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论骨折椎垂直应力螺钉治疗方式吗,可以有效增强胸腰椎骨折后路短节段内固定系统的牢固性,矫正后凸畸形,维持骨折部位的矫正效果。Objective To analyze vertical stress fracture of the vertebral screw application results in thoraeolumbar fractures. Methods Selected April 2011 May 2013 in our hospital thoracolumbar fractures in patients treated 35 cases, in- cluding 18 cases of patients with stress fractures of the vertebral screws plus vertical mode（ test group） , 17 patients were treated with conventional biplane fixed mode （control group） were compared patient outcomes. Results The degree of vertebral fractures forward reset the test group of patients was significantly higher in patients, the difference was significant, with statistical significance（P 〈 0. 01 ） ;Cobb angle change test group of patients, the upper edge of the front end of the vertebral body to the tail distance from the lower edge of the front side of the vertebral body changes than the control group of patients, the difference was significant, with statistical significance （ P 〈 0. 01 ）. Conclusion Vertical stress fractures of vertebral screws treatment it can effectively enhance the robustness of thoracolumbar fractures within a short segment posterior fixation system, correction of kyphosis correction effect to maintain the fracture site.
