摘　　要：在对全国典型的旧工业建筑改造项目充分调研基础上,结合青岛、兰州两地区旧工业建筑改造项目案例,分析了国内二线城市旧工业建筑改造现状及趋势,运用调查研究、数理统计、项目改造方案论证以及对比等方法,总结并提出了二线城市旧工业建筑改造的基本趋势:多元化,实用化,时尚化,地方特色化。对国内二线城市旧工业建筑的论证和改造具有实践指导意义。On the base of tully investigating typical old industrial architecture reconstruction projects, the thesis analyzes the status and trend of old industrial building reconstruction in second-tier cities with combination of Qingdao and Lanzhou＇s old industrial renovation project. It applies investigation-study methods, mathematical statistics, retrofit scheme demonstration, antithesis methods. It summarizes and puts forward the basic trend for the second-tier cities＇ old industrial architectures, namely： diversity, practicality, fashion, local characteristic. It has the practical significance for the agreement and reconstruction of old industrial building reconstruction in second-tier cities.
