摘 要:目的建立反相高效液相测定细辛脑吸入气雾剂的有关物质。方法以甲醇-水(60∶40)为流动相,Agilent-ODS C18色谱柱(250 mmx4.6 mm,5μm),流速为1 m L/min,检测波长258 nm。结果采用主成分自身对照的方法测定,方法的专属性强,细辛脑在0.50~500μg/m L范围内呈线性,线性方程为C=0.014A-0.34,r=0.999 9(n=10),检测限为0.03μg/m L。结论结果方法准确可靠,重现性好,可用于细辛脑吸入喷雾剂有关物质测定。OBJECTIVE To establish a reliable HPLC method for determining the related substances in Asarone inhalation.METHODS Agilent-ODS C18 column was used and the mobile phase was consisted of methanol and water in the ratio of 60 ∶40. The flow rate was set at 1. 0 m L / min and the determination was performed at wavelength of 258 nm. RESULTS A sensitive and specific method was established based on the self-comparison of Asarone. Asarone assay showed a good linearity in the range of 0. 50-500 μg / m L,and the calibration curve with r value of 0. 9999( n = 10) was built. The limit of determination of this method was 0. 03 μg / m L.CONCLUSION A simple,sensitive,and fast analytical method has been successfully established for the determination of related substances in Asarone inhalation
