摘 要:微波由于加热速度快、均匀、环保节能而被广泛应用于各种研究中。本文建立了自主设计的微波蒸馏仪用于水中氨氮的分析方法,并对方法的各项参数(蒸馏时间、水样浓度的影响)进行了优化,方法在样品浓度为0.5~20mg.L-1的浓度范围内具有良好的线性关系,方法只需8 min即可将25 m L水样中氨氮蒸馏完全。最后方法成功的被运用于实际样品和标准样品中氨氮的分析,从方法的精密度和回收率结果看,方法准确可行。Microwave was mainly used for various study duing to it possessed heating fast,well-distributed,environment-friendly energy. A new method for determination of ammonia nitrogen was established base on the microwave distillation instrument that was designed by our lab, parameters of the method was carefully optimized, such as distillation time, the concentration of the sample, and it got good linear relationship range from 0.500-20 mg.L-1, and 25 m L of sample could be distilled completely in 8 min. The method was successfully used for determination of ammonia nitrogen in real samples; the results showed good accuracy and precision that matched the requirement for analysis.
