摘  要:目的探讨负压封闭引流(VSD)技术在四肢皮肤软组织缺损治疗中的应用。方法自2011年10月至2013年1月应用VSD治疗四肢皮肤软组织缺损19例(21个创面),在治疗过程中预备阶段(清创并软组织肉芽组织准备阶段)及终末阶段(植皮阶段)均应用VSD技术进行治疗。结果 18例(20个创面)愈合,1例小腿植皮区出现局灶性感染,经过多次门诊换药创面于伤后56天愈合。结论 VSD技术能明显促进肉芽组织生长,保证终末阶段植皮区皮肤有均匀足够的压力,从而缩短治疗时间,提高植皮的成活率,是治疗四肢皮肤软组织缺损的有效方法。Objective The aim of this study was to investigate the clinical efficacy of debridement and free dermatoplasty of extremities combined with vacuum sealing drainage( VSD) for the treatment of skin and soft tissue defects of extremities. Methods Nineteen patients( 21 wounds) hospitalized in Daxing Hospital of Capital Medical University from October 2011 to January 2013,with skin and soft tissue defect of extremities were included in this study. VSD technique was used in all patients in both debridement stage and free dermatoplasty stage. Results Twenty wounds from 18 patients healed,but one wound from one patient was infected on shank area of skin grafting and healed after 56- day continuously dressing in clinic service. Conclusion The VSD not only can promote growing of granulation tissue conspicuously,keep the pressure of grafting- skin in final free dermatoplasty stage,but also can increase the survival rate of grafting- skin,decrease the time of treatment. The VSD combined with debridement and free dermatoplasty is an effective method for the treatment of skin and soft tissue defects of extremities.
