完全腹膜外腹腔镜补片植入术治疗腹股沟复发疝临床疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察完全腹膜外腹腔镜补片植入术治疗腹股沟复发疝的临床疗效。方法选择45例腹股沟复发疝患者作为研究对象,进行完全腹膜外腹腔镜补片植入术治疗,观察疗效。结果 45例患者手术均能获成功,无中转开放性手术,平均手术时间为(79.2±25.6)min,住院时间为(5.2±1.5)天,术中出血量(12.9±7.4)ml,其中腹膜撕裂5例,发生率为11.11%(5/45);术后皮下气肿4例,发生率为8.88%(8/45)。结论完全腹膜外腹腔镜补片植入术治疗复发性腹股沟疝是一种安全和有效的手术方法。Objective To investigate the totally extraperitoneal laparoscopic mesh implantation for groin recurrence hernia. Methods Forty- five cases of recurrent inguinal hernia were collected as research subjects. Completely extraperitoneal laparoscopic patch implantation treatment was taken and effects were observed. Results Forty- five patients had successful surgery with no surgical intervention. The mean operative time was（ 79. 2 ± 25. 6） min,hospital stay was（ 5. 2 ± 1. 5） days,and the blood loss was（ 12. 9 ± 7. 4） ml. Five cases had peritoneal tear split with the rate 11. 11%（ 5 /45）. Four cases had subcutaneous emphysema with the rate 8. 88%（ 8 /45）. Conclusion Totally laparoscopic extraperitoneal mesh implantation for the treatment of recurrent inguinal hernia is a safe and effective surgical method.
