摘　　要：目的探讨吸入用布地奈德混悬液联合硫酸沙丁胺醇雾化吸入对急性期哮喘患儿白细胞介素-17（IL-17）和白细胞介素-25（IL-25）水平的影响。方法将124例哮喘患儿随机分为观察组及对照组各62例,对照组给予常规性治疗,观察组在对照组基础上应用吸入用布地奈德混悬液联合0.5%硫酸沙丁胺醇＋生理盐水2～3 ml雾化吸入治疗,2 ml/次,3次/d,持续治疗5 d。对比分析两组患儿治疗效果、治疗前后肺功能及IL-17、IL-25水平的变化。结果观察组总有效率（95.24%）明显高于对照组（80.95%）,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。观察组患儿治疗后第1 s呼吸气体的容积（FEV1）、用力呼吸的肺活量（FVC）及FVC占预计值百分比（FVC%）改善优于对照组（P〈0.05）。观察组治疗后IL-17、IL-25水平显著低于对照组（P〈0.05）。结论吸入用布地奈德混悬液联合硫酸沙丁胺醇雾化吸入能有效改善急性期哮喘患儿肺功能,降低炎症细胞因子IL-17、IL-25水平,有助于提高哮喘患儿治疗效果。Objective To investigate the impact of aerosol inhalation of budesonide inhalation suspension and salbutamol sulfate inhalation solution on the levels of IL-17 and IL-25 in children with acute asthma.Methods A total of 124 cases of asthma were randomly divided into observation group and control group,each group 62 cases.The control group received conventional treatment.The observation group received budesonide inhalation suspension with 0.5% salbutamol sulfate inhalation solution and normal saline,2 ml / time,3 times / d for 5 days.The lung function and the levels of IL-17 and IL-25 were compared between two groups.Results The total effective rate of observation group and control group were 95.24% and 80.95%,respectively（ P0.05）.The forced expiratory volume in one second（ FEV1）,forced expiratory vital capacity（ FVC） and FVC percent predicted（ FVC%） of observation group after treatment were significantly improved than control group（ P0.05）.The levels of IL-17 and IL-25 of observation group were significantly lower than the control group（ P0.05）.Conclusion The combined use of budesonide inhalation suspension and salbutamol sulfate inhalation solution can improve lung function and reduce inflammatory cytokine IL-17 and IL-25 levels in children with acute asthma.
