摘 要:目的:建立香附药材的质量标准。方法:采用中国药典2010年版一部的方法测定香附药材水分、总灰分、酸不溶性灰分、醇溶性浸出物及挥发油含量;采用薄层色谱法对药材的特征性成分香附烯酮、圆柚酮、α-香附酮进行定性鉴别,运用高效液相色谱法同时测定香附烯酮、圆柚酮、α-香附酮的含量。结果:共得到11个不同产地香附药材水分、总灰分、酸不溶性灰分、醇溶性浸出物及挥发油含量;建立了香附药材中香附烯酮、圆柚酮、α-香附酮的薄层鉴别和含量测定方法。结论:本文建立了较完善的香附药材质量标准,进一步完善了现有标准,可为更好地控制香附质量提供参考。OBJECTIVE To establish quality standards for Cyperi Rhizoma.METHODS The methods described in Chinese Pharmacopoeia(2010 edition)were used to evaluate the content of moisture,total ash,acid insoluble ash,alcohol-soluble extract and volatile oil in Cyperi Rhizoma Thin layer chromatography(TLC)method was used to identify three characteristic ingredients including cyperotundone,nootkatone andα-cyperone in Cyperi Rhizoma,and high performance liquid chromatography(HPLC)method was used to evaluate their contents.RESULTS The contents of moisture,total ash,acid insoluble ash,alcohol-soluble extract and volatile oil were evaluated,and the methods of TLC and HPLC were established to identify and evaluate cyperotundone,nootkatone andα-cyperone in Cyperi Rhizoma from eleven different origins.CONCLUSION A better quality standard is established for Cyperi Rhizoma,which can further improve the current standards and provide a reference for better quality control.
