摘 要:目的:探讨葛根素注射液与临床上常用的2种输液配伍后对其溶血不良反应的影响。方法:采用分光光度法测定孵育1,3,6h时,葛根素不同浓度、不同输液配伍时的溶血率;测定溶液pH值、渗透压值,明确pH、渗透压、Na+、Cl-和葡萄糖分子在溶血中的作用。结果:葛根素注射液与不同输液配伍时,相同孵育时间、相同浓度的溶血率存在显著差异,组间pH值存在显著变化,而渗透压无显著变化,Na+、Cl-、葡萄糖分子能显著影响溶血率变化。结论:葛根素注射液与不同输液配伍后的溶血存在显著差异,pH值、渗透压不是引起溶血差异的因素;葛根素注射液与0.9%氯化钠注射液和5%葡萄糖注射液输液配伍时,红细胞对溶质成分Na+、Cl-、葡萄糖分子的膜通透性不同可能是引起溶血差异的主要原因。OBJECTIVE To study the influences on hemolysis induced by combination of puerarin injection with two kinds of solution for injections commonly used in clinical practice.METHODS Hemolytic rates induced by puerarin injection at different concentrations and prepared with different solutions were measured by spectrophotometry after incubation for 1h,3h and 6h;pH value and osmotic pressure of the mixtures were determined to find out the effects of pH,osmotic pressure,Na^+,Cl^-and glucose molecules in hemolysis induced by puerarin injection.RESULTS When puerarin injection was mixed with 0.9% sodium chloride injection and 5% glucose injection,after incubation for the same period,the hemolytic rates and changes of pH value were significantly different.The osmotic pressures maintained the same.Na^+,Cl^-,and glucose molecules could significantly affect hemolytic rates.CONCLUSION Different solution for transfusion can influence hemolysis induced by puerarin injection.The pH values and osmotic pressures are not the factors resulting in differences.When puerarin injection is mixed with 0.9% sodium chloride injection or 5% glucose injection,different membrane permeability to Na+,Cl-and glucose may be the major causes of variability of hemolysis.
