摘　　要：为开发利用三七中指标性成分,对三七皂苷R1的提取与检测方法以及药理作用进行了阐述,揭示了三七皂苷R1对心血管系统、中枢神经系统、免疫系统均有影响,三七具有抗炎、抗癌、改善微循环、防治缺血再灌注损伤等作用。To explore the major indicative components of Panax notoginseng,extracting and detecting methods and pharmacological effects of notoginsenoside R1 were narrated,to reveal the effects of Notoginsenoside R1 on cardiovascular system,nervous system and immune system,as well as other effects including anti-inflammation,anti-cancer,microcirculation improvement and prevention of ischemia reperfusion injury.
