摘　　要：澄清当前科技成果转化率指标使用中存在的两个误区:第一,从科技成果转化率的概念界定、测算和数据来源看,目前将其用于全国科技成果转化总体评价是不适用的;第二,当前被广泛引证的全国科技成果转化率国际比较数据没有采用同一概念标准。客观评价我国科技成果转化效率应该采取两种途径,即研究使用国际通用指标以及基于现有统计资源建立科技成果转化综合评价指标体系并形成制度。This paper clarifies two mistaken ideas in management and research fields about using transformation rate of sci- entific research achievement. First, considering the concept definition, calculating method and data sources of transforma- tion rate of scientific research achievement, it＇ s improper to apply this indicator in evaluation of the overall situation of scientific research achievement transformation of a country. Second, inconsistent concept standards have been employed in many international comparison studies. Two strategies should be adopted in objectively evaluating scientific research a- chievement transform performance, i. e. , employing internationally commonly used indicators and building up comprehen- sive evaluation indicators system.
