摘　　要：对海峡西岸经济区绿色经济发展的机制与制度进行研究,为绿色经济的发展提供重要保障。通过对新制度经济学的综述,并根据国外绿色经济发展的机制与制度经验,深入研究海峡西岸经济区绿色经济的市场运行机制、政府干预机制和公众参与机制以及绿色产权制度、绿色税收制度、绿色价格制度、绿色金融制度及非正式制度,从而推动海峡西岸经济区绿色经济的发展。Study on the mechanism and system of the green economy in the Economic Zone on the West Side of the Straits provides an important protection for the green economy. Through a review of the new institutional economics, and foreign experience in accordance with the mechanism and system of green economic development, the paper carries out in - depth study on the market operation mechanism of the green economy in the Economic Zone, government intervention mecha- nisms, public participation mechanisms, green property rights system, green tax system, green price system, green finan- cial system and informal system, thus promoting the development of green economy the Economic Zone.
