摘　　要：胆囊结核是胆囊慢性特异性感染性疾病,临床上较为罕见,属肺外结核的一种,常与胆囊结石及胆囊炎并存,在临床上诊断极为困难,容易误诊、漏诊,因此如何对其有效的早期诊断已成为近年来国内外研究的热点.本文就胆囊结核的病因、发病机制、类型、诊断与鉴别诊断、误诊原因以及治疗等方面的研究进展作一综述.Gallbladder tuberculosis（TB） is a form of extrapulmonary tuberculosis, and it is a rare chronic non-specific infectious disease. Gallbladder TB always appears in the context of gallbladder stones and cholecystitis. Gallbladder TB is a condition difficult to diagnose clinically and often has missed and delayed diagnosis. This paper reviews the progress in research of gallbladder TB in terms of its etiology, pathogenesis, type,diagnosis and differential diagnosis, misdiagnosis reasons and therapy.
