烟蚜在烤烟田分布动态的地统计学分析

摘　　要：烟蚜属半翅目蚜科,是烟田的重要迁飞性害虫,成蚜和若蚜聚集于烟叶幼嫩部位,吸食植物汁液,滋生霉污病并传播烟草病毒病害,造成产量和质量损失.本文在湖北恩施地区选择烤烟田对烟叶从移栽至中部烟叶开始采收阶段的田间有翅烟蚜和无翅烟蚜的空间分布和发生动态进行调查,并通过地统计学方法分析其半变异函数特性,模拟其田间迁移模式.结果表明:恩施烟区有翅烟蚜种群动态为双峰曲线,烟叶移栽后第3周和烟叶打顶后第2周为发生高峰,呈现随机、聚集、随机、聚集、随机5步过程;无翅烟蚜种群动态为单峰曲线,烟叶打顶前为发生高峰,呈现随机、聚集、随机3步过程;人为因素和寄主特性对其种群密度影响较大;空间分布模拟插值图可以清晰反映出田间烟蚜的发生动态,结合Pearson相关分析发现,有翅蚜迁入高峰期,烟蚜种群数量小并高度集中,构成了田间烟蚜的虫口基数,是烟蚜防治的关键时期.Myzus persicae belonging to Aphididae, Hemiptera, is an important migratory pest in tobacco field. As nymph and adult, it sucks the juice, breeds the mildew stains disease, spreads to- bacco virus diseases and causes huge losses to the yield and quality. The distribution pattern and dy- namics of winged and wingless aphids in the field were investigated from the transplanting of tobacco to the harvesting stage of mid-place tobacco leaves in Enshi, Hubei. The semivariable function characteristics were analyzed by geostatistical method, and the field migration pattern were simula- ted. The results showed that the population dynamics of winged aphids in Enshi were of bimodal curve, with two peaks at 3 weeks after transplanting and 2 weeks after multi-topping of tobacco leav- es, and there were five-step process Such as random, aggregation, random, aggregation and ran- dom. The population dynamics of wingless peach aphids were of single-peak curve, getting its peak before multi-topping, and had random, aggregation, random three-step process. Human factors and the hosts had considerable effects on the population density. Spatial distribution simulation-interpo- lation-figure could clearly reflect the dynamics of tobacco aphids. Combined with the Pearson corre- lation analysis, we found that the population density was low and highly concentrated as winged type in the immigration period, which was the key period for the management of peach aphids.
