下颌侧切牙双根管的临床研究

摘　　要：目的:观察临床治疗中下颌侧切牙双根管的发生几率。方法:临床需要根管治疗的下颌侧切牙102颗,拍X线片,术中配合使用牙科手术显微镜及小号K锉探查并扩通根管,确定根管是否为双根管。用Pro Taper镍钛锉进行根管预备,垂直加压技术充填根管。结果:102颗下颌侧切牙中双根管牙26颗。结论:下颌侧切牙双根管发生几率较高,临床治疗中应引起注意,必要时应拍摄偏位X线牙片及CBCT检查。Objective：To investigate the rate of lower lateral incisors with two root canals in clinical treatment.Method：One hundred and two mandibular lateral incisors in vivo needing root canal treatment were selected. After the radiograph was taken,the number of root canals were explored with small size K file by using a dental operating microscope.The canals of all cases were instrumented by Ni-Ti rotary instruments Pro Taper,and obturated with vertical condensation technique. Result：The number of teeth with two canals was 26 in the 102 treated mandibular lateral incisors. Conclusion：The rate of lower lateral incisors with two root canals was high,and the clinician should pay attention to it for a higher success rate.If necessary,the radiograph should be taken by using mesial or distal angle projection technique,or the CBCT could be taken.
