摘　　要：目的：探讨成人中胚叶肾瘤（MN）的CT表现特征,提高对本病的认识和诊断正确率。方法回顾性分析经手术病理证实的5例成人 MN的CT资料。结果成人 MN的CT表现多为单侧单发,肿块多位于肾上极,且有向肾窦突入生长的倾向；类圆形,本组4例直径〉5 cm,边界清晰；肿块均为囊实性,实性成分多于囊性成分,且囊性成分位于肿块的边缘,也可位于中央,囊性成分中有分隔,呈多房状改变；平扫密度不均匀,增强呈渐进性、持续性强化；无静脉内瘤栓、肾门及腹膜后无肿大淋巴结。结论根据成人 MN的CT表现,可做出较明确诊断,提高此病术前诊断准确性。Objective To investigate the CT findings of adult mesoblastic nephroma so as to improve the accuracy of diagnosis. Methods CT findings of 5 patients with adult mesoblastic nephroma were retrospectively reviewed,all cases were confirmed by sur-gery pathology.Results the adult MN’s CT performance for a single mass located in the upper pole of the unilateral kidney,and the mass might grow into the renal sinus;the mass was in the shape of round,4 cases presented that the masses’diameters were more than 5 cm,and the masses’boundary were clear;mass mostly had cystic or solid components;solid composition was more than cystic, and cystic component was located in the edge of the tumor or located in the central,showed the multilocular cyst with the internal di-vision;the masses with unevenly low density,presented progressively,persistently enhancement;all cases had no intravenous tumor embolus and no swollen lymph nodes in renal hilum and retroperitoneal.Conclusion According to the characteristics of CT findings of adult MN,can improve the preoperative diagnostic accuracy.
