磁共振成像诊断卵巢子宫内膜异位囊肿12例的临床分析

摘　　要：目的探讨磁共振成像(MRI)对卵巢子宫内膜异位囊肿的诊断价值。方法回顾性分析12例经腹腔镜手术治疗证实的卵巢子宫内膜异位囊肿MRI检查资料。结果 12例中5例单发,7例多发;T_1WI及T_2WI均为高信号8个,2个T_1WI高、等混杂信号,T_2WI高信号;T_1WI及T_2WI均为混杂信号1个;1个T_WI低信号,T_2WI高信号;5个大囊肿周围伴有小囊肿;8个囊壁增厚,边界欠清。5个异位囊肿壁可见小破口并见高信号影向外突出。结论 MRI能明确诊断卵巢子宫内膜异位囊肿,大囊肿伴小囊肿,"囊壁缺口征"为本病的特征性征象。Objective To investigate the clinical value of MRI in the diagnosis of endometrial ovarian cyst.Methods The MRI findings of 12 patients with endometrial ovarian cyst confirmed by laparoscopic surgery were retrospectively analyzed.Results Five patients had single cyst and 7 patients had two or more eysts.Eight cysts showed high signal on T_1W1 and T_2WI,2 cysts mixed high with equal signal on T_1WI,high signal on T_2WI.One cyst showed low signal on T_1WI but high signal on T_2WI.One cyst showed non-homogeneous signals on T_WI and T_2WI.Five cysts accompanied by small cysts,eight cysts presented as thick wall and obscure boundary.Five ectopic cyst wall appeared visibly small break and the high signal out prominent.Conclusion MRI can confirm the diagnosis of endometrial ovarian cyst,big cysts accompanied by small cysts,signs of the wall gap is the characteristic manifeslations of this disease.
