超声波检查在输尿管损伤诊断中的应用价值

摘　　要：目的探讨超声波检查在各种病因所致输尿管损伤诊断中的应用价值。方法回顾性分析2009年1月~2014年1月经手术证实的输尿管损伤资料29例,所有患者行输尿管修补术前均行超声波与静脉肾盂造影两种方法检查,诊断结果与最终手术结果进行比较,分析对比超声波检查对输尿管损伤的诊断价值。结果以手术结果为标准,超声波诊断符合率93.1%（27/29）,静脉肾盂造影诊断符合率89.7%（26/29）,两种检查方法诊断符合率无统计学差异（P〉0.05）。结论超声波能准确诊断输尿管损伤,与静脉肾盂造影相比,具有简便、无创、快速、安全等诸多优点,在输尿管损伤诊断中具有重要应用价值。Objective To investigate the application value of ultrasonic examination in the diagnosis of ureteral injury caused by various etiologies.Methods 29 patients of ureteral injury proved by surgical operation from January 2009 to January 2014 were retrospectively analysed.All patients were examined by ultrasonic and intravenous pyelography before receiving ureter repairing.The diagnosis results were compared with the results of the final operation.The comparative analysis of the diagnostic value of ultrasonic inspection in the ureteral injury was performed.Results With the operation results as the standard,the coincidence rate of ultrasonic examination and intravenous pyelography were 93.1%（27/29）and89.7%（26/29）.There was no significant difference between two methods（P〉0.05）.Conclusion The ultrasonic can diagnose ureteral injury exactly,and has the advantages of simpleness,rapidness,noninvasion,safety compared with intravenous pyelography.The ultrasonic has the important application value in diagnosis of ureteral injury.
