摘  要:目的探讨超声结合人工神经网络技术在女童中枢性性早熟诊断中的应用价值。方法选用170例性早熟女童进行常规超声检查子宫、卵巢,以其中130例的子宫体积、卵巢体积以及双侧卵巢最大卵泡内径为输入变量,以中枢性性早熟或非中枢性性早熟为输出变量,建立反向传播(BP)神经网络,并对另40例性早熟病例分类。结果利用BP神经网络结合常规超声检查对中枢性性早熟诊断的敏感性、特异性和准确率分别为95.0%、85.0%、90.0%。结论神经网络结合超声检查对中枢性性早熟的诊断和鉴别诊断具有较大的价值。Objective To explore the value of ultrasonic combined with Back-propagation artificial neural network in the diagnosis of central precocious puberty.Methods In 170 girls with precocious puberty,the uterine and ovarian were examined with ultrasound,in which 130 cases of uterine volume,ovarian volume and bilateral ovarian follicles biggest diameter were taken as inputs,the central precocious puberty or non-central precocious puberty as output variable.The backpropagation(BP)neural network was established using such data.The other 40 cases were sorted by this BP neural network.Results The diagnostic sensitivity,specificity and accuracy of the BP neural network combination of ultrasound were 95.0%,85.0% and 90.0%,respectively.Conclusion The BP neural network in combination of ultrasound is helpful in diagnosing central precocious puberty.
