摘 要:探讨了特级生铁作为原料在12 kg中频感应电炉中生产蠕墨铸铁的熔炼工艺。采用FeSiMg5RE5蠕化剂,硅钡合金孕育剂,以及凹坑法蠕化处理工艺,研究了蠕化剂加入量对蠕化率的影响。实验得出最佳实验工艺:出铁温度(1 560±10)℃,蠕化剂加入量0.45%,蠕化孕育时间(30±2)s,蠕化率高达95%,抗拉强度≥330 MPa,伸长率≥3.0%。The melting process of vermicular graphite cast iron RUT300 in medium frequency induction furnace of 12 kg with super pig iron was discussed. Using FeSiMg5RE5 alloy as vermicular agent, Si-Ba alloy as inoculants and the pit method of vermicularizing treatment process, the effects of process parameters such as the addition of vermicular agent on the vermiculafizing rate were studied. Best smelting process in experiment is as follows, the tapping temperature is (1560~10) ℃, the addition of FeSiMg5RE5 is 0.45%, and the vermicularization time is (30±2) s. The vermicularizing rate reaches 95%, the tensile strength is 330 MPa, and the elongation is 3.0%.
