摘  要:以艺术雕塑用藕状多孔铜为实验材料,将材料在真空感应炉内进行熔炼,在坩埚内用电磁高温加热,一段时间后通入氢气,最后倒入型腔凝固。分析温度、氢气压力、孔距、凝固速率之间的关系。结果表明,氢气压力对孔隙率的影响最大,氢气压力以及凝固速率对孔间距影响很大。Taking the lotus root shape porous copper used for sculpture as research object. The material was melted in vacuum induction melting furnace and heated in crucible by electromagnetic heating, inletting hydrogen after a period of time, finally poured and solidified in the cavity. The relationship between the temperature, hydrogen pressure, hole spacing and solidification rate were analyzed. The results show that the hydrogen pressure has the greatest impact on porosity, hydrogen pressure and solidification rate has a great influence on hole spacing.
