摘　　要：V法造型在生产中的应用越来越广泛,但V法造型设备的发展却远满足不了生产的需求。本文介绍了穿梭式造型机V法造型线的设计思路,V法造型线的组成和工作特点。经生产实践证明,该造型线降低了劳动强度,提高了生产率,实现了V法造型从单机手工造型到自动化造型的跨越。Vacuum casting process is applied more and more widely in production, but the development of the modeling equipments for vacuum process can not meet the production need. The design way, the setup and running characteristic of shuttle modeling machine used in vacuum process modeling line were introduced. The modeling line can reduce labor intensity, improve the productivity, realize the jump from the stand-alone handwork modeling to automation modeling.
