摘 要:研究了品质系数与灰铸铁、原生铁性能的关系,实验测定了灰铸铁和原生铁的品质系数,利用光谱分析仪、金相显微镜、硬度仪、拉伸实验机等设备对试样的化学成分、金相组织和力学性能进行了检测和观察。通过计算得出:品质系数在1.16~1.27时,灰铸铁和原生铁在较低的硬度下保持高强度。特别是品质系数为1.25时,灰铸铁的组织性能达到最佳;原生铁的冶金特性最好。The relationship between the quality factor and grey cast, pig iron was studied. The quality factor of grey cast iron and pig iron was investigated by experiments. The chemical composition, microstructure and mechanical properties of the samples were measured and observed by using spectrum analyzer, optical microscope, hardness tester, tensile test machine and other equipment. The results show that, when the quality factor at 1.16-1.27, grey cast and pig iron maintain high strength in the lower hardness. Especially at the quality factor of 1.25, the structure and property of gray cast iron and metallurgical characteristics of pig iron are the best.
