摘 要:目的比较飞秒激光辅助的LASIK与机械角膜刀辅助的LASIK对近视视网膜神经纤维层厚度的影响。方法本院屈光治疗中心拟行近视LASIK手术的患者60例(120只眼),随机分为两组,分别于术前以及术后1周、4周,采用眼底相干光断层扫描视网膜神经纤维层厚度进行测量并行统计分析。结果飞秒激光组术前视网膜神经纤维层平均厚度(102.25±7.43)μm;术后1周为(105.34±23.58)μm;术后4周(104.37±20.66)μm;机械角膜刀组术前视网膜神经纤维层平均厚度(104.70±13.23)μm;术后1周为(108.63±15.26)μm;术后4周为(107.87±15.29)μm;两组比较术前及术后不同时间段视网膜神经纤维层平均厚度无显著性差异。结论利用飞秒激光辅助的LASIK与使用机械角膜板层刀辅助的LASIK引起的眼压变化对术后视网膜神经纤维层厚度无明显影响。Objective To study the effects of femtosecond laser-assisted versus mechanical LASIK on retinal nerve fiber layer thickness. Methods Mean retinal nerve fiber layer (RNFL) thickness of 60 patients underwent LASIK were measured by optic coherence tomography (OCT) before and 1 week and 4 weeks after surgery. Re- suits Average preoperative RNFL thickness was 102.25±7.43 pan in femtesecond laser-assisted LASIK group and was 104.70±13.23 Ion in micrekemtome-assisted LASIK group. At 1 week, RNFL thickness was 105.34 ±23.58 μm in fern- tosecond laser-assited LASIK group and was 108.63±15.26μm in microkeratome-assisted LASIK group. At 4 weeks after the surgery, RNFL thicknesses were 104.37±20.66 μm and 107.87± 15.29 μm respectively. These values were not sig- nificantly different between the two groups or between pre- and post-operative measurements. Conclusion Retinal nerve fi- her layer thickness were not affected by either femtesecond laser-assisted or mechanical LASIK.
