大型科学仪器区域协作共享平台建设的思考

摘　　要：选取国内几个有代表性的省级大型科学仪器区域协作共享平台进行梳理，归纳平台建设在资源建设、管理机制、政策法规、服务方式中取得的成绩和存在的不足，并指出平台的建设发展需要分级分步建立大型科学仪器共享服务体系，逐步形成大型仪器共享平台的制度体系和服务模式。This paper gives an overall review on regional cooperation and sharing platform of large-scale scientific instruments, and selects several representative provincial platforms to analysis. Achievements and shortcomings on resources construction, management system, policies and regulations and mode of service are summarized. In conclusion, an development of the platform construction should be made by building the sharing service platform of large-scale scientific instruments in a systematic way, moving towards a mature system and a service mode.
