摘 要:目的建立了以离子液体为萃取溶剂的顶空微萃取-气相色谱-质谱联用的方法鉴定细辛药材中挥发油的成分,为细辛的临床合理用药提供依据。方法以离子液体为萃取溶剂,中空纤维为溶剂载体,水浴85℃顶空回流提取2h,之后将中空纤维置于甲醇中超声解吸附,利用溶剂间的熔点差异,在0℃环境下离子液体凝固成固态后,取液态的甲醇溶液进样分析。结果在本文所提供的条件下,共鉴定出细辛挥发油中31种挥发性化合物。结论实验方法简单、准确,提取效率高,可用于细辛挥发油中的成分的快速鉴定,并且为进一步合理开发利用细辛药材提供有效的科学依据。Objective An ionic liquid - based headspace microextraction GC - MS method was established to determination the volatile components in Asarum, and provide scientific basis for its quality control. Methods Ionic liquid was chosen as the extraction solvent and hollow fiber was the carrier of ILs. Reflux extraction was operated at 85 ℃for 2 hours. Then the hollow fiber involved ILs was desorption in methanol. Due to the difference of melting point between methanol and ILs, ILs were frozen at 0℃. At last,methanol was injected in GC -MS. Results In the circumstance mentioned before, 31 compositions from Asarum volatile oil were determined. Conclusion The simple, accurate and high efficiency method can be used for identification of components in Asarum volatile oil, and provide a scientific basis further development for Asarum volatile oil.
