“瓜蒌-薤白”药对治疗胸痹作用机制的研究

摘　　要："瓜蒌-薤白"是仲景治疗胸痹的重要药对,验之临床确有疗效。基于此,文章从中医学的药性理论出发,结合实验研究来探讨"瓜蒌-薤白"药对治疗胸痹的作用机制。从临床实际看,不论何种证型的胸痹,都会导致胸阳失于温通,"胸阳不宣"等基本病机贯穿在胸痹的整个病程之中,故辛温通阳的"瓜蒌-薤白"药对对各种胸痹类型都具有较好的改善和治疗作用,对于胸阳不宣型效果尤佳。＂Gualou - Xiebai＂ is one of the most important couplet medicines, which has a great effect in clinical practice for Obstruction of Qi in the chest early used by the great medical expert named ZHANG Zhong -jin in Han dynasty . Therefore, this article mainly discusses the action mechanism of ＂Gualou - Xiebai＂ couplet medicines in treating Obstruction of Qi in the chest, which based on the theory of herbal property and flavor and experimental study. According to clinical symptoms and signs, we can conclude that the disease will result in the inaction of thoracic Yang, which is the basic pathogenesis that throughout the entire process of the disease. Thus, ＂Gualou - Xiebai＂ couplet medicine that can warm and activate thoracic Yang has better improvement and treatment on the Obstruction of Qi in the chest in various types ,especially for the inaction of thoracic Yang.
