黄芩的种质产地与其质量的相关性研究

摘　　要：目的比较不同产地黄芩中黄芩苷的含量,评价黄芩药材质量。方法采用HPLC方法。结果黄芩苷线性范围是1.5~7.5 mg·ml-1（r=0.999 9）,平均回收率为99.80%,RSD为2.15%。16种不同产地黄芩中黄芩苷的含量范围为13.92%~24.29%。结论不同产地黄芩样品中黄芩苷含量存在较大差异,黄芩品种及产地对质量有影响。Objective To compare the contents of baicalin in different field of Scutellariae Radix. Methods The content of baicalin was determined by HPLC. Results The linear ranges of baicalin was respectively 1.5 -7.5mg ml- 1 （r = 0. 9999 ）. The average recoveries were respectively99.80%. And RSD were respectively 2.15%. The contents of extraction from Scutellariae Radix were different： baicalin 13.92% -24.29%. Conclusion The contents of baicalin have some difference in the Scutellariae Radix, they are affected strictly by the variety and field of Scutellaria baicalensis.
