摘　　要：阐述了高职院校图书馆图书采购实行招标制度的背景和意义,介绍了目前各高校图书馆图书采购招标的主要形式及存在的问题,结合天津医学高等专科学校图书馆图书采购招标的实践,提出了若干应对策略。This paper expounds the background and significance of implementing the public bidding system in books purchasing of the library of higher vocational college, introduces the main forms of and existing problems in the books purchasing through public bidding currently adopted by all university libraries, and connecting with the practice of books purchasing through public bidding in the library of Tianjin Medical College, puts forward some solutions.
