摘  要:汾河水库上游水源涵养区保障着太原市近400万人的饮用水安全,但是近年流域生态环境与上游水源涵养区的经济发展之间产生了严重矛盾,亟须建立水生态补偿机制。以汾河水库上游水源涵养区为研究对象,分析和研究了建立汾河水库上游水生态补偿机制的必要性,以及在建立水生态补偿机制过程中应该采用的补偿途径和补偿方式。The upstream of Fenhe Reservoir is the water source for nearly 4 million people lived in Taiyuan City and the area is crucial for the safety of drinking water. However in recent years, economic development in the water source area has caused damages to eco-environment of the river basin, therefore it is vital to build a mechanism for ecological compensation. Taking the water source in the upstream of Fenhe Reservoir as the study object, the necessity of building compensation system as well as sources and methods of compensation are examined and studied.
