摘 要:目的:检测衡阳某矿区653名儿童的血铅含量,评价该地儿童对外环境中铅污染的暴露情况,为保护当地居民的健康和相关部门的科学决策提供科学依据。方法:按《血铅临床检验技术规范》和WS/T20-1996《血中铅的石墨炉原子吸收光谱测定方法》的要求,采样检测该矿区儿童的血铅含量。结果:矿区儿童的血铅含量在11.2~225μg/L之间,平均值为90.3±33.3μg/L。值得关注的是,有234名儿童的血铅含量超过了100μg/L,铅中毒率高达35.8%。结论:矿区的儿童已经对外环境中的铅污染产生了暴露,值得引起相关部门高度重视。Objective: The blood lead levels of 653 children from a mining area in Hengyang were determined to access the exposure of children to lead pollution in the environments and to provide the scientific data for the government's reasonable policies.Methods: The blood samples were collected from the children according to the Clinic Standard for Blood Lead Determining.The blood lead contents were determined according to the Standard of WS / T20- 1996,Blood- Determination of lead- Graphite Furnace Atomic Absorption Method.Results: The blood lead concentrations of children from this mining area were within the scope of 11.2μg / L to 225 μg / L,and the average concentration was 90.3 ± 33.3 μg / L.Of note,there were 234 children whose blood lead concentrations were more than 100μg /L,a criterion for saturnism,account for 35.8%.Conclusion: It is necessary for the government to pay attention to the fact that the children had been exposed to the lead pollution in the environments.
