摘 要:建立了反向器与滚珠的三维装配模型,基于Pro/E-ANSYS Workbench-LS DYNA对端塞和外插管反向器进行了动力学联合仿真,研究了反向器与滚珠发生碰撞时反向器的应力应变情况,得到反向器与滚珠发生碰撞瞬时的应力变化图。同时,分析对比了端塞式反向器与外插管反向器在高速进给方面的受力情况,验证了反向器与滚珠碰撞时,由于滚珠沿切线方向进入端塞反向器,在入口处与反向器发生法向碰撞的力很小,而外插管管舌跟切口处的应力较大。得出结论,端塞式反向器比外插管式反向器更适合于高速滚珠丝杠。This paper establishes the three-dimensional assembly model of reverser and the ball. Dynamic co-simulation of end plug reverser and intubation reverser is carried out based on Pro/E - ANSYS Workbench - LS DYNA. The reverser stress and strain of the reverser and ball are studied when collision occurs, and instantaneous stress variation of the reverser collision with ball is obtained. We compare and analyze the stress conditions of the end plug type reverser and intubation reverser in high speed feed. The analysis verifies that: when the reverser collide with the ball, the ball enters into the reverser along the tangent direction, the collision force acting on the reverser at the entrance is small, the stress acting on the outer tube intubation tongue with incision is larger. The results prove that the end plug type reverser is more suitable for high speed ball screw than the intubation reverser.
