摘　　要：介绍了CLIPS语言,研究了在C#中引用Clips NET组件的实现技术和方法,C#.NET中调用CLIPS编程的技术实现方法和过程,及开发专家系统的新途径。通过车轮专家系统设计实例,实现了高效开发专家系统的Windows用户界面。该方法可以提高专家系统的开发效率,降低开发成本,对使用C#.NET语言进行专家系统开发具有指导作用。The CLIPS language was introduced, the technology and method of realization of ClipsNET component reference in C# was researched,the method and process of realization of C#.NET called CLIPS programming technology was diseussed.A new way to the develop expert system was provided. By the example of designing wheel expert system,the Windows user interface of the development of expert system was realized. The method can improve the efficiency and reduce the cost of the development of the expert system. The method has a guiding role on the use of C#.NET language to develop the expert system.
