摘 要:针对目前石油钻机绞车滚筒轴体之间采用传统键联接方式已不能满足强度设计要求等问题,为此提出把胀套联接应用于钻机绞车滚筒联接上,并运用ANSYS有限元分析法对胀套进行了强度分析。通过胀套联接在JC30DB-WZ型石油绞车滚筒中的应用实例分析,验证了胀套联接在钻机绞车中应用的可行性,为胀套联接在重负载机械领域的应用提供了参考和理论基础。Aiming at the problem of the way of traditional key connection,which is usually applied in a drawworks of drilling rig, already cannot meet the requirement of the strength design Then,the application of taper-lock connection in a petroleum-drawworks was put forward and the theory deduction and the ANSYS finite element analysis method are used for strength analysis of taper-lock. The taper-lock connection is applied in the drawworks of JC30DB-WZ,which proves the application of taper-lock connection in petroleum-drawworks was workable and provides reference and theoretical basis for the application of taper-lock connection in the field of heavy machinery.
