摘  要:研究了混凝土泵车再制造水射流参数与清洗效率之间的变化规律。采用正交试验的方法,选取了射流压力、射流直径、射流入射角度、靶距作为设计参数,每个因素取5个水平,设计出25种实验方案。采用数值模拟的方法对所设计的方案进行正交试验,得到25种设计方案的清洗量值,通过回归分析得出了清洗量与4个参数之间的响应面模型。进而建立了混凝土泵车水射流清洗优化模型,并优化设计了射流压力、射流直径、射流入射角度、靶距等参数。最后,通过对比实验验证了所得结果的正确性。The change law between water jet parameters and cleaning efficiency were researched on concrete pump truck remanufacturing. The main design parameters, such as jet pressure,jet diameter,jet incident angle and target distance, were selected to make orthogonal experiment. 25 experiment schemes were obtained by each design parameter choose 5 levels. The proposed orthogonal experiment used numerical simulation to get test result. The flushing dose of 25 experiments was obtained,and,the response surface model of flushing dose 4 design parameters was obtained by regression analysis. Further, the optimization model of water jet cleaning of concrete pump truck was built. And, key design parameters, such as jet pressure,jet diameter,jet incident angle and target distance and so on,were optimized finally. Last,the correctness of experimental results was validated via comparative trial between the optimization model and the original model.
