摘　　要：为配合高炉增产需求,遵循"立足原有装备,技改提升产能"的方针,通过查找、分析生产线各个环节制约提产的"短板",逐项制定科学的技改方案,停产集中实施改造,使60万t/a链箅机-回转窑球团线产能提升到了80万t/a以上,且球团矿质量得到改善,满足了炼铁生产需求。In order to meet the demand for BF capacity increase and adhere to the policy of ＂increasing capacity through technical modification based on the existing equipment＂,through search and analysis of disadvantages restricting the capacity increase in every link of production line,the scientific technical modification schemes were developed item by item,shutdown was carried out for centralized implementation of the reconstruction,the grate-kiln pelletizing process production capacity was increased from 600,000 t / a to 800,000 t / a,and the pellet quality was improved,which meets the iron-making production needs.
