摘　　要：针对烧结环冷机余热锅炉的运行特点,制定了相应的热化学试验方案,分析了湘钢360 m2烧结环冷机1#余热锅炉在不同工况下的汽水品质变化规律,提出了在机组额定负荷下保证蒸汽品质合格的炉水水质控制指标和措施。In view of the operation characteristics of the waste heat boiler of sintering circular cooler,the corresponding thermochemical test scheme was made,the changing laws of steam and water quality of the 1#heat recovery boiler of Xiangsteel360 m2 sintering circular cooler under various working condition were analyzed,and the boiler water quality control indexes and measures to ensure the qualified steam under rated load were put forward.
