摘　　要：文章通过对新世纪以来图书馆学术史的回顾,探讨了理念与概念、应用图书馆学与理论图书馆学的各自特征及体现的价值,指出图书馆学发展中应注意解决的一些问题,特别是图书馆学层次化发展要给予特别的关注和助力。Through the review of library academic history since the new century, this paper discusses the ideas and concept, each features and value of application library science and theory library science, points out some problems to pay attention in development of library science, especially special attention and help.
