摘　　要：在分析隐性知识地图产生的必然性的基础上,结合信息机构中隐性知识转移的社会关系属性,分析推动信息机构隐性知识转移的隐性知识地图需满足的需求。结果发现,要促进信息机构的隐性知识转移,必须突出隐性知识的社会化,揭示知识主体能力,构建隐性知识主体的社会关系网络。基于此,隐性知识地图的构建需在确定研究领域的基础上,识别研究方向中的知识单元,最后确定研究者能力以及研究者间的关系网络。To find a solution for ＂how to build tacit knowledge map to meet the need of tacit knowledge transfer in information management organizations＂, based on the analysis of the necessity of the appearance of tacit knowledge map that focuses on the need of tacit knowledge transfer in information management organizations for applying tacit knowledge map combining the characteristics of tacit knowledge transfer in information management organizations. It finds out that tacit knowledge map should pay emphasis on the socialization of tacit knowledge, guide the knowledge body, illustrate their competency, and fix social networks of the knowledge body. Therefore, development of tacit knowledge map has to select the knowledge area firstly, then get the domains, and build the social network of knowledge body in the end.
