摘　　要：馆际互借与文献传递是图书馆文献资源共享的两种主要方式。目前,由于我国图书馆法迟迟未出台,而国际上限制与版权问题相关的文献传递,已经开始影响到馆际互借与文献传递服务发展。在调查国内馆际互借与文献传递服务条例的基础上,尝试以著作权法为出发点,从法律的角度设计构思图书馆资源共享服务规范及未来发展之路。Interlibrary loan and document delivery are two main ways of library document resources sharing. At present, in our country the library law is not enacted. The international copyright issues related document delivery restrictions, has begun to affect the development of interlibrary loan and document delivery services. In investigating the domestic variety of interlibrary loan and document delivery service regulations, on the basis of analyzing the problems, from the perspective of copyright law, try to design the library resource sharing service specification and future development.
