摘 要:舷侧起吊是海底管道进行铺设或维修过程中常用的方法,风险性较高,尤其对于大尺寸双层管道,必须采取有效的辅助方法,保证起吊过程的安全。文章创新性地提出了采用长条形辅助起吊气囊、单点辅助提升浮袋、施工船甲板吊机、防滑卡子、单点提升五种措施进行舷侧起吊辅助,并针对前三种措施进行了计算分析及效果对比,结果表明这些措施有助于大尺寸管道的舷侧起吊,浮袋可防止下弯段悬跨过长造成管内应力过大,长条形辅助起吊气囊和施工船甲板吊机辅助作业可有效减少舷吊受力并合理控制管内应力分布,保证起吊作业安全可控。Davit lifting at shipboard is commonly used in the process of submarine pipeline laying or maintenance. The operation risk is very high, especially for large size submarine pipe- in- pipe pipeline. Effective auxiliary methods must be taken, and detailed calculation and analysis of lifting process are needed to ensure the safety of lifting. This paper puts forward five methods to assist davit lifting of large size submarine pipeline,including elongated auxiliary lifting airbag, single point lifting airbag, derrick crane on the barge, antiskid clamp and single point lifting. Calculation analysis and comparison are done for the first three methods in this paper. The results show that these measures can assist davit lifting effectively. The single point lifting airbag can prevent too high stress occurred at the sagging part of the pipeline. The elongated auxiliary lifting airbag and derrick crane on the barge can effectively reduce the davit loads,so as to make the whole lifting process safe and controllable.
