摘 要:文章针对如何提高06Ni9钢板仰焊(4G)位置焊接质量进行焊接工艺研究,通过现场模拟实际焊接条件,采用了不同焊接工艺参数和操作方法对四种焊条进行了试焊试验,最终总结出合理的焊接工艺,即采用伊萨焊条,同时焊接时通过强制通风、焊条与焊板垂直或向后倾斜与垂直方向约成10°角以及多层多道焊的操作方法。此工艺在LNG储罐内罐06Ni9钢板焊接时得到了较好的应用,焊接一次合格率达到了96%以上,实现了项目焊接质量控制目标。This paper probes into welding process to improve overhead position welding quality of 06Ni9 steel plates. By simulating actual welding conditions and applying different welding parameters and operation methods,welding experiments for four kinds of welding rods which are carried out. The reasonable welding techniques are summarized through these experiments, which are applying multi-layer and multi-pass welding method, adopting ESAB electrode and forced ventilation,setting welding rod perpendicular or with 80°to welded plate. This welding process has been applied so well in the 06Ni9 steel plates welding of the inner tank of a LNG storage tank that the primary qualification rate is over96%,achieving the object of welding quality control.
